Yeah, support.toonslab.com is for iPhone server support only. (Delteria included) Xor checks the account section which he has no power over graal PC support. The best suggestion for you (since they are not answering their own email) is to wait on GK until Stephan gets on and try PMing him regarding this issue. You could also try forum PMing one of the PWAs on this forum but I am unsure if they will respond.
