Also to the topic: Exchanging levels between houses is currently no available option.
If you want to have 2 levels exchanged, then you have to remodel level 1 for 25k to the style of level 2 and remodel level 2 ,for another 25k, to the style of level 1.

Couldn't you just add room swapping to the list of options for 50k? XD
