Sinkler is right. I've written this list a while ago and in germany we use "," and "." the other way round.
TSAdmin, you are the first person to ever contact me about that and i was very horrified to hear that you have bad dreams now and to stop the confusing I've just fixed the list and added 2 new npcs to the npclist.

Also to the topic: Exchanging levels between houses is currently no available option.
If you want to have 2 levels exchanged, then you have to remodel level 1 for 25k to the style of level 2 and remodel level 2 ,for another 25k, to the style of level 1.
