@ilovegirlzz: It is difficult to pin-point one item and call it the absolute best. However, the Mp5 Navy is, without a doubt, one of the best items on the server (tier 3). As Tk pointed out, there are items that rival it, but take that with a caveat, every item, even the Mp5 Navy, has some drawback. Therefore, I'd put more emphasis in honing my skills rather than investing all of my time in chasing after a gun to put me over the top. Take my approach, HK416's a nice gun... I love it
