I don't know but I think that moving leveling spots into instanced zones is a step in the right direction and for level 1-10 noobs the haunted house is a great spot if you dont have someone to help you and it's really annoying when someone is in there using destruciton scrolls and taking kills from you.

edit: also the haunted house is really the only way to make money on GK aside from running island to island to create gold keys which is also broken half the time.
