Change Log for 6/3/2013 through 6/10/2013 (Date format is changed from now on)

- Added tab for change login news GUI
- Fixed problem with commands displaying after a player chats
- Added explosive chance to /host menu
- Released Assault Classic, a version of Assault with the old classic Assault levels
- Added Maze Race 2 to ET /host menu
- Added gas chamber, RLGL, laser tag, and maze race to ET /host
- Greatly improved the caching system of EventControl so we can actually load new events
- Fixed bug which made some melee weapons unusable after getting off a ladder in a new level
- Fixed glitch with super elixirs in the quest
- Fixed bug preventing players from equipping weapons after trying to drop in a restricted drop area
- Non-gang members can now deal damage to gang members inside bases
- Re-calculated mining level on login to prevent issues where the mining level doesn't match the rocks mined
- Indicator offers now appear in main GUI for the mall
- Fixed Ironman statues
- Updated Rat Race warp level in ET control panel
- Disabled quests temporarily due to bug in instance system which resulted in old quest levels not being deleted; This problem has been fixed and quest has been reopened
- Allow flamethrower in unstick me (so people don't think it's broken) but disable fire (they can shoot it but can't lay fire)
- Fixed staff abuse event
- Change event warper to adjust text size until the event name fits (to avoid cutting off).
- Betflipping supports/displays community names
- Chris and Ice_is_nice4 did double EC for one hour on 6/8/13
- Betflipping is more secure
- Slightly increased the rate for successfully digging up earth worms
- Fixed bug with broom stick allowing guns to be fired while on water after you ran out of broom % energy
- Fixed bug with the magic carpet and ladders
- Removed the ability to use super elixirs in the spar arena
