Hey guys! Just saw this and would like to address a few points:

1) The attack on Godzilla's reputation is unwarranted and unappreciated. He has been playing Era for a number of years, and each year, as you would expect, he has grown a bit older and as I've personally noticed, a bit wiser. He made some bad decisions in the past, but if you were to look at him more recently there is nothing substantial enough that would stop him from becoming staff. Just because someone has made past mistakes does not mean that they can learn from those mistakes, act on what they have learned, and mature. I am very satisfied with how he has handled the PR team since he has been appointed to PRA and trust his judgement in situations where he is needed.

2) I can see the arguments for and against stealth. Chat loggers can be effective in monitoring player activity, but they do not necessarily paint the whole picture of particular situations. They do not log nicknames at the present time, other players around that could be joining in a harassing situation -- basically environmental factors that are harder to determine based off of merely a chat log. Stealth mode provides PRs the opportunity to put themselves in situations where players think they cannot be reprimanded (due to no PRs being around) and catch those players that may be acting in an inappropriate manner. In some cases, this can be fully logged in a chat logger, but in others, which I've experienced first hand as a PR, PRA, and now Co-Manager, they cannot.

So while I can understand your argument, stealth mode really does not cause any harm to the players, more so keep them safe. I don't see any major drawbacks of PRs having stealth mode. It is heavily regulated and any staff caught abusing it usually lose the privilege if the circumstances lend themselves.

ANYWAY. Obviously the video was meant to be satirical. I thought it was very funny.
