This belongs in NPC scripting forum.. I would move it if I was a mod.. but since I'm not, I will just announce it and hope a mod pays attention..
BTW.. you can't use the scheduled npcs offline so whats the point in having them.. you need the NPC Server because it controls all actions by NPCs and is taking over the world.
