Clockwork has the right idea on this. He isn't saying he will only join a already formed team. He is stating he will not begin work on the server without the proper team formed. There is no point in him making graphics now as it may never move forward. He is smart in his choice to wait for a scripter/LAT to pick up interest. There is enough information provided in this thread for someone to find interest.
