Shattering your hopes...
|
I don't want to be mean or anything but lets have some common sense:
- It's a "Graal" party. What are you going to talk about, seriously? The age differences will make the setting akward plus the common interest is Graal. Not that Graal is bad. I've been playing for years... but what are you going to do, talk about your level 3 sword and the way your character looks?
- This is like talking about a sleepover with your friend.
Friend1: Oh, want to sleep at my house tonight?
Friend2: Sure!
Friend1: We can do this and this and this...
Only to find out your parents say no.
- You guys don't seem to think anything bad happens when meeting people online. Who knows, some weird freak could be reading all of these posts and waiting for somebody to say an address so they can arrive uninvited and do God knows what.
- Nobody is that serious about this. Too much joking around on this post and talking about too many different locations.
- It's not reasonable. I'd rather not pay thousands of dollars to visit some people who I'll probably get in a fight with cause they were a jerk to me in the game... or sit around a bunch of nerds who are younger than me talking about a video game for 3 days.
- This drinking thing... it's never going to happen. Face it. I doubt some people will be able to come alone without their parents, plus Stefan probably won't let you drink. He'll probably be responsible if he comes if you get in trouble. Not to mention there will probably be 12 and 13 year olds there, who will bring the beer? Are you guys going to pressure each other to drink? What's the point if it's going to be all guys and probably a few ugly girls? You get what I'm saying now?... |
