Minor Update
So just a small update the tutorial system has been finished, if you login and spawn in city hall just head upstairs and go into the tutorial. If your a new player then you will be taken straight to the tutorial. The tutorial last about 1-2 minutes depending on your pace. I also decided to play around with Apartments, this is a Medium sized apartment.
