Reload Windows. It's easy to do, but don't ask me for any help besides this post.

To reload Windows,

either reboot into MS-DOS mode or boot off of a boot disk, insert your Windows 98 (what I presume you're using) CD, and type in X (where X is the letter of your CD or DVD drive) and press ENTER. Then, at the X (see note about X above) prompt, type in "setup" and press ENTER. Follow the onscreen instructions, and you'll be done in 10-20 minutes. None of your data other than Windows files will be touched at all.
