Alfonso (Dragon551) is actually right. It is indeed a glitch when your subscription service completes a cycle. The only real way you can get it back is via upgrading your account to benefit from such perks. Head limitations are a global thing, not an Era thing, so if it still works the way it did when I first saw it introduced, not even staff on a server can set it through script, RC (admin tools) or anything like that as it does a check for what's updated when something changes and reverts anything limited that was changed to an "illegal" value based on subscription status. The glitch here being that your player attributes were not changed during your transition back into Trial mode, therefore no checks were made.
That said, either Era needs to enforce a manual check (which they shouldn't HAVE to do, but in this case should consider as an option) upon login for subscription status and apply the changes that should apply where this glitch in the system occurs, or remove forced attribute changing from events such as Outbreak (The event in question). |
