Nah, Bloo made it and Alfonso edited it, though it is from Ut. The tiles are also from Utopia though, I did some of the ones he's using there, and Mesh added those walls at a later time. As did he make those images being used in the OP.
Even the Staff tool/tag (gui buttons in the topright) look to be utopian in origin as well, wouldn't be surprised if that's what his scripts consisted of. If so, just ignore it and it'll go away eventually.
The sofa is clearly original though, never seen that on Utopia.
And why would you need a full FAQ team for a server that doesn't even exist yet...?
