Spend 1k on a super strength potion, then buy all your tnt at one time.
TNT mining sends rocks directly to your inventory, you'll not have to pick up or carry anything else until you finish completely.
Once you're done, pop another super strength potion and refine all that **** at once... since you'll be level 43 that's 10 rocks per machine and should only take 3-4 hours or so.
