My first priority was to rearrange the overworld and fix cliffing. Fixing cliffing is actually way more time-consuming then you'd imagine. Once you fix one tile it effects the ENTIRE cliff range, so you have to go through and replace all the cliffs. I practically redid all the cliffs on the entire world(I used pre-GTA levels, they were in pretty bad shape). Rest of the time was spent making the overworld playable, creating and laying out paths I wanted players to take in any given order and making absolutely sure they couldn't slip out and get to areas I didn't want them to without the right stuff.

Fixing up the actual levels and such would have been done later, most of what you see in the overworld is the original content.
