I'd like to agree, but there's plenty of RoW's. If there were more players I'd agree but Drk has 16+ rows. Besides that, if there was ALWAYS someone farming every shop for RoW's like in the past we'd see a very stable RoW supply without any dungeon dropping them.
RoS's are very similar, let's not break the way RoW's have always been released.
