I do believe people who don't have others drinking or smoking around them are less likely to participate lol.. Unless of course they see it in the media, and I'm not saying they won't see it in stores, but I don't think they would have the desire to want it if it is seen in a store.

But I also believe sex would be less of a problem if parents were more open about it, and it started younger while the parents are more knowledgeable of the happenings.. Since it would be better for one to have sex in a place that is safe and known, than out somewhere random, or in a car lol.. Not saying the parents should watch them or anything...

Kind of like drinking, if kids started around 18, they would most likely be around their parents and less crazy with it while they ARE out on their own.. Since they have already experienced it..

Those last two paragraphs are for the most part off topic though.. Yes, I believe that it is an influence.
So what about Graal having swords and guns?
If showing cartoon beers being consumed influences children to try it, I can only imagine what having a game that revolves around killing people with a sword or gun might do!
