Prioritizing dmg over speed end-game is dumb. Speed gives you higher chance of running through your enemy's attack hitbox completely. Damage boosts on your end are max +10 dmg on a gov full damage hit. Taking 0 dmg vs doing at most 10 more dmg on one hit (how often do you land full damage gov crits anyway??).You pick |
