I don't mean to sound like a troll but why do you need to do all of that to use OpenGL for v6? But I'm going point out the obvious anyway...
JKL, have you tried using something like Game Booster or Advance System Care's "Turbo Boost" it helps sometimes get rid of all the bloatware processes and services that don't need to always be running. If those don't you should message me on aim and I can take a look further into it your computer might just in general be bogged down even with those... specs... you should still be able to run Graal.
