Are we in need of new ETs?

An ET who claims to see what goes in the background says that ETs don't like hosting gang events and will make up an excuse or log off to prevent from hosting them.
Can any vouch for this kind of unproductivity? If so, what's exactly causing it? The complications of hosting the event or the staff being just lazy? |
