The rules in the GUI can be somewhat hard to read, and I noticed Era's rules aren't posted on the forums so here they are!

By playing Era, you agree to abide by the rules listed here. If you do not agree, you may not play Era and should log off now.

Getting Heads, Bodies and Shields uploaded

If you want to get something uploaded, press F11 and click "Upload Graphics".

Remember these general rules for uploads:

• No invisible or mostly invisible heads/bodies
• No heads that contain hats that already exist on Era (glasses, bandanas, etc are usually fine)
• No racist, offensive, copyrighted, pornographic, or otherwise indecent graphics. Violations of this may result in a jail or ban.
• No recolors of non-standard heads
• No stealing other players' personal heads

Gangs

• Gang names must not be offensive or contain foul language of any sort.
• If your gang leader is banned for 7 or more days, the gang is destroyed, no questions asked.

Parking your car

There are some general guidelines when parking your car.
First, your car should always be parked if you are not near. Also, you shouldn't park your car on other cars or in between parking spaces.

Having your car parked "safe" doesn't mean it can't be towed! Aslong as you are parking right, it shouldn't be towed though.
If you park your car in a forbidden parking zone, it will automatically be towed after 15 minutes.

Official Housing Rules - Last modified 10/14/2011

I. Owning multiple houses
A. Players are not allowed to own more than two houses - if a player owns more than two houses, their houses will be auctioned off until they have only two. Players may (depending on the circumstances) be compensated by receiving some of the auctioned money. Management (Housing Admin) has the full and final decision of the price compensation the players receive for the size of the house, no exceptions.

Note: A house includes: Normal NR houses, Sewer houses, and Apartments

II. Inactivity
A. House owners must be generally active. If a house owner fails to login within 21 days, the house will be taken from the player and will be auctioned off to the general public. After 14 days, before the house is removed, players will receive a warning stating they have 7 days to log on and correct the issue. The original owner of the house will receive none of the auctioned money and any items remaining in the house belonging to the original owner of the house will be stored and the original owner will be able to contact staff to re-obtain said items. If the player plans on being inactive for an extended time period, he or she MUST contact the Housing Admin, explaining their reason for inactivity. This will exempt them from the inactivity rule, in some cases

III. Remodeling personal house levels
A. House owners are allowed to remake any interior/exterior levels in their house as long as he/she follow these guidelines:

• No level can be greater than x3 of the houses exterior. This is for all levels including your garage.
• No custom scripts of any kind are allowed. Only lighting effects are allowed in a level. The limit of lights in the level is dependent upon whichever admin is uploading the level.
• All doors/links leading to another level must be made obvious with something such as a door or a staff block for secret rooms.
• All levels must meet Era's standard of quality, no exceptions.
• Extensive use of basements or floors to avoid Sub-Rule 1, section III. is not allowed.
• We are allowing you to move your house location. However, the outside location must be approved by the Housing Admins and by an Administrator. The fee for moving your house will be determined by the house admins and by an administrator.
• You are allowed to change the exterior of your house; however, the fee is going to be determined by the housing admins and by an administrator. The exterior of the house must fit the interior in terms of size.
• When uploading any level for a house, you must pay a nominal fee.
• Uploading a new level/room: $25,000
• Uploading a new storage level/room (With secure areas and doors): $30,000
• Remodeling/Editing a current room: $15,000 (Major edits, not fixing doors or links etc.)
• Adding “Unstick Me Items”: $5000
• No house may contain anything that gives any player any advantage or privilege over others. This includes, but is not limited to: extensive storage rooms, private spar rooms, and mines.
• Houses are allowed to have exactly one atm.,
• Any door that is “sealed shut,” is allowed to be made into a free non-secure room.
• No house, under any circumstances, is allowed to have instant heal items (Med-Packs).

For all uploaded levels, it is up to the player to do the LAT work. If they choose not to, they may ask the housing administrator to LAT the level for an additional fee.

IV. Subscription Status
A. All house owners must be active Gold/Classic subscription members. If you are inactive/without an active gold/classic subscription for 21 days, the house will be taken from the player and will be auctioned off to the general public. There will be NO WARNING given for this reason. YOU MUST keep an active gold or classic subscription. The original owner of the house will receive none of the auctioned money and any items remaining in the house belonging to the original owner of the house will be stored and the original owner will be able to contact staff to re-obtain said items.

General Rules

Ensure that you are entirely familiar with these rules. Failure to adhere to the rules will result in punishment from the server staff team.

Any ban of 30 days or more results in the player releasing all claims to any and all owned level(s) this includes but is not limited to Player houses, Player Businesses, and Era Hotel Rooms.

Era basically follows the same standards set in the Graal Online Rule of Conduct
Please note that bans apply to you as a person, not your account directly. If you are found to be using another account (including a guest account) while banned, we will not hesitate to ban your new account without notice and raise or reset the time on your original account.

1. Cheating of any kind will <b>not</b> be tolerated.

• Bugs. Bugs in game should be reported immediately to staff members.
• Exploits; graphics editing, modem tapping, etc
• Third party program(s); ‘artmoney’, trainers, macros, etc.
