Actually it is.
If you kill a player every 2-5 seconds (average time to get one of those rocks down.. with level 0-40 ish) and then they are randomized (refined) as 6-10$ kills, it would theoretically be the same.
Even more-so if you accomplished that feat whilst killing gang members.
The difference here being, players aren't in unlimited supply in a pk level (as rocks seemingly are) and players don't stand still until you kill them every single time.
