If I remember, graal used to use the "DigitalProductID" in determining the PcID.. Might also have used other factors tho.

Under the current system, I really haven't come across any pc id limitations. However, thats not to say I believe they are ideal by any means. While the system does have it flaws, its the system we have at the moment and any id or ip ban can be reviewed to see if its causing a problem within itself.
