::Sigh::
I guess I let the argument run on long enough, let me end it.
After this, just close the thread... you guys are terrible.
In any event,
@Willa
Your argument is not even together.
You state that a 30,000$ gun is to capable against a 200,000$ gun.
However, you argue that the gap between weapons are higher.
<- Which is it? Are guns too close or too far? Take your pick.
Secondly, I was hired to rebalance all weapons on era.
That was my job, I did it... and got standing ovations for it.
Furthermore, those who oppose this change aren't in-fact the poor players,
A vast majority of the opposition are the wealthy players or ones close to it.
Tk, Take, and etc.
The players who've owned Tier 3 weapons and are now forced to STILL struggle against players who are skillful with a lesser tiered weapon. <- My objective.
@Ikki
A weapon is as good as you use it. Gaining a higher tier weapon simply makes it easier to use (for some guns), however, if you couldn't use the tier before, you'll still face the same problem.
Overall, to conquer this era, you must learn how to player-kill. Thats it. No weapon, item, explosive, elixir, cookie, or whatever will help you. You have to help yourself.
@Take
You have a Tommy Gun, you're still losing to mostly everyone. <- That isn't a mistake, its intentional, lol.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
This change is permanent.
The purpose of the balance was accomplished, in every detail.
My objective was to shape guns in a manner which the bigger gun doesn't necessarily mean the better player.
Secondly, I was asked to do this AND maintain a difference in each weapon as well as to account pricing, individuality, rarity, and a vast multitude of other factors.
I did this in every detail.
Its ironic, but all of your complaints are exactly what was intended,
Lower Tier Gun-Wielders can compete with us. (Intentional)
Higher-Tier Guns are still easier to use. (Intentional)
Higher-Tier Guns aren't dominant enough. (Intentional)
Weapons are too taxing to shoot. <- Meaning every bullet counts. (Intentional)
The reason that none of your complaints have been attended to because they are not problems; Haha.
On the contrary, they are the SOLUTIONS that were provided.
Therefore, this thread is nothing more than telling me, as well as the Era Administration who approved this that we were completely successful.
Thank you, we know.
Furthermore, initially, one of my intentions were that this change be a part of a four-step processes to bring Era out of this hell-hole age.
Our major issue is how difficult it is for new players to get in the action.
Guns, statistically, and economically were too far apart.
Gangs were too exclusive.
Those two issues were solved by these two major updates.
Well, one major update, the gang one is still far from completion (As outlined/intended).
The last two solutions I'll keep to myself.
The current Administration seems to be desperate for ideas, lets not make it easy now. |
