Bringing back quests is a bad idea. The HP system just needs to be capped at 140 as I originally planned (and even announced had been done), but never actually implemented .

Not sure what kind of damage guns do now but assuming the average does 20, it's the same number of shots at 121 HP (which is really easy to get) and 140.
