There are certain guns in Tier 1 (Lowest Grade) that have the potential to be considered Tier 2 as a treat to the players who aren't rich.
Like I said, I can't make newb guns equal Tier 3 guns because... well I'm sure you're intelligent enough to understand the whole reason.

Uh, to be honest, the only weapon that was UNTOUCHED was Osiris Minigun.
The least weapon altered other than that was the: P2Ks.
P2Ks are the only guns that retained their stats other than clip size.
I don't know where anyone is getting this "MP5 Navy" was untouched from.
In any event, use an Mp5 Navy and I'll beat you with a Tier 2 or Tier 1 Gun.
As I stated before, the MP5 Navy (in my opinion) is the best gun in the game. Statistically speaking, every gun in its class is SEPARATE but equal.
Its just my cup of tea due to the precision it provides.
