Since this has gone so off topic I figured I should refresh everyones memory who's business it is not. According to what records I can see he has not yet received his gelats, so I have forwarded the email to Stefan so he can check into it. I would suggest though that you check with your friend to see if the transaction was ever completed through paypal or if they are waiting for some sort of confirmation. If it has been completed you should of received a transaction ID thats 3 letters followed by 5 or 6 numbers. Not the Paypal transaction ID that is the long one. That is unique to paypal only and not on our records.
There was no need to be threatening though, we do our best to make sure that the people with the authority to handle the issue receives the email. Threats will not get an issue resolved any faster. Chances are if its me you're threatening, I will only move that much slower.
