A lot of it has to do with the fact that Stefan is completely over-tasked. I'm sure Stefan would love to get it working and make us (well the people who use the GuildCP) happy but alas he has numerous things that take priority over it.
You would think they would consider bringing someone else in to help support the PC client/servers to relieve the pressure off of Stefan.
The way it's working right now though is worrisome, if Stefan dies. Graal dies.
