The reason I made it all the bidders money is to scare them from bidding decimals but your logic has its down side
32.5 rounded up 33 someone else bids 33 the person who bid 33 gets it so should get it?

You've got a point...just have someone fix the auction NPC so it doesn't accept decimals.
There is also a problem with saying any numbers in the auction house. I was talking and said 200 in a sentance and the NPC thought I bid.
