Anyways, if you have the money and don't like the people bidding (too low), why can't you bid on your own so you do not have to give your item up for a mere 30 gralats? Why whould you get 1/4 of the bid amount because the person bid on their own item? It's completley ludacris. I guess the third point could work...
Oh, don't expect to be able to enforce these because
you can't jail people as far as I know. Even if a Police officer were there, he'd have to have RC to transfer the gralats to you. You cannot force someone to give you money or items without RC.
