Send a message via AIM to cbk1994
Try one of the following:
  1. Use the v6 beta, if you aren't already.
  2. Set processor affinity to one CPU in the task manager for Graal.exe
  3. Disable Aero

What servers are you lagging on? Try to have a staff run clientstats on you (you'll have to be using v6).
