'Laggers' only 'lag' because of their global position, I'm in Australian and I don't lag to other Australians. But, I do lag to America, Europe, Asia, etc, etc. If I lagged to Australians I'd be a lagger, but I don't. I only lag to people outside of the country in which I live. |
