I decided to actually look it over, it actually looks like water is draining from the area. I agree it does seem rather strange looking but that's the best logical thing that can be pointed out, and how? Simply sewer water flooding under pour architecture of the sewer being eroded by crap and pee that's older than your grandmother. Thoughts? |
