Lag issues?

well,not sure how many of you remember me,but I quit a couple months back,and had NO lag problems at the time,i returned probably a week ago,and my lag is STUCK @ 900 MS minimum..I cant help but think maybe some sort of update caused it? because i dont lag on ANY other game,or even on other servers (Zod)...any ideas? |
