Im going to try an experiment tomorrow, so bear with me as i try to put it into play.

I want to try something, though im not sure if it will work. I want to assign PR's a range of accounts that they will PM often and welcome to Era. What i have been doing lately is pming players with low hours welcoming them to Era and asking them if they need anything. Then it occured to me that if other pr's are doing the same thing, it could get annoying getting numerous welcomings. So based on how i divide the accounts, each pr will be assigned a range and will be expected to pm the players and hopefully the players will get attached to them. I want to work towards a player-staff relationship
