To the people that just voted yes.. you have to think about it. Let's just rationalize, say that scamming WAS ILLEGAL. Then people would be making false accusations. They would go to the police and say "Ohhh... so and so did this to me and I want it back", now, where the hell is the evidence. I mean, I could go to the police and say "Ahh... Ice Pick stole 5000 gralats of mine in exchange for the party hat" (a stupid example but oh well)
There would be no evidence to support that fact. Imagine if every time someone claims they were "scammed" NightLord would have to pull that damn log out and check. It would KILL him to do that, so therefore scamming is legal also not to give the staff a headache
