Graal needs a button, or a page that players will be able to find when they need support for the game.
The site was actually updated and removed the support option but clicking Help still sends you to
http://support.graalonline.com/kingdoms/support/ which still points you in the direction of a non-existant supportdesk but support.graalonline.com should re-direct to contact page anyway though. Props for that change.
I have to give this information to players who need global help, if they can't find the information on the website.
A Support button could be easily added to the Start Taskbar, and could pop up that information in a GUI.
