As a paying customer, I would like to be ensured that the servers I am paying to access are developed properly by the administration: not shortcuts involving thievery and otherwise low quality content. I am concerned as a consumer and supporter of Graal that this server be held to the same standards as any other work I would pay for.
As a developer, I would like to make sure that no one else is profiting off someone else's hard work, especially when they first refuse to acknowledge that it's not their work, and then use the source of the work as an excuse to use it. People put time and effort into trying to provide players with high quality content and exercising their own development abilities, where do these guys get off using someone else's work as their own?

There's no rule saying they can't be in contact with him. What if they're old friends? What if they're friends in real life? Just because they associate does not mean they take part in the same activities.
