It's not from Graal and it's not from a server, hence the problem. He doesn't want Graal claiming legal rights to something of his just because someone decides to steal and upload it to their server.
Why is this so complicated? If you didn't argue and you didn't try to make other people look bad this would have ended a long time ago.
