I am assuming your university may have added it to a block list of some sort or has installed some new packet filtering software. Probably follow WhiteDragon's advice.
When I contacted my University I asked them if they had blocked certain ports on the network and they thought I was talking about the ethernet plug-in ports on your wall. Then they told me they would have to change the entire system to get it to allow me to use my program. I told them "it's for work" and they told me "you're only supposed to use the network for school-related activities." Great tech support!
Now I am basically paying to constantly connect to a VPN in Europe so I can connect to Graal. |
