Is this your first time at university? If so, Graal is oftentimes found to be a P2P filesharing problem (hence the reason I have to use a VPN to connect to Graal). This has been a problem for many people who are in our situation. However, try these commands in CMD.
ipconfig /flushdns (assuming you're using windows)
See if this changes anything, I've sometimes had some conflicts with Graal servers and the DNS cache. |
