At the moment I'm having a bit troubling getting my account password back, so can't entirely log on RC on Testbed at the moment, which is a shame.
Just need to get my email info sorted and I'll get my password back, until then, others with rights to sort out RC will have to do
As said earlier, Drakilor has always been active (logged in on RC atleast) on Testbed afaik.
