After the server is hosted/classic (assuming it will make it), are you going to stop paying the developers? If so then does this mean new content will not be added after release?

I think Cyberjoueurs should be paying developers to create/manage a server. But that wont happen because
graalonline is about making
them money. Can't really blame them.
So not only do you have to pay for a server, you pay to get quality help.
