The rules have always been pretty clear (unless something's changed): don't lend without notifying staff beforehand. From what he's given us, there's nothing to say that it wasn't a trade where he simply changed his mind and pulled the scam card.

If Chris overruled a PR's decision...yeah, I can see why he's mad, but **** happens, get over it.

edit: this really isn't the place for this anyways. If you're looking for sympathy, good luck I guess, but you'd probably be better off contacting the PWAs to see if they'll reverse the rereversal (doubt it).
