There's no advantage of having 140HP over 139HP, and the amount of kills to get from 139 - 140HP would be almost 2000.
I don't think there'd be any difference in the number of hits you could take with
any gun between a player with 136HP and one with 140HP. To get from 136HP to 140HP, you'd need thousands of kills.
So really, the max amount of kills you need to be at par with the strongest players is not 20000, but thousands of kills less than 20000.
