Certainly one of the points of the organization is to figure out what everyone is interested in, but here are some things I can think of right off the bat:
  • What should be the main outward focus of Graal... attracting developers or attracting players? In other words, does your server need developers more than players, or vice versa? Would more players naturally lead to more developers? Do you need higher-skilled developers?
  • What type of development staff is generally most lacking for your server?
  • If there were public resources (scripts, graphics, etc.) what would be the most useful to your server?
  • Or a more specific issue... should there be a global lag cap implemented?
There are an enormous array of issues that need to be resolved on Graal, and I think this would be one of the best ways to get a good opinion representing the whole community on these issues.

I don't see which part of that statement is debatable. Stefan's involvement here before the iPhone was... very small to say the most. There were periods where he didn't log on for weeks; now he is here very regularly. For the second point, he is definitely still adding stuff to v6 -- he just added a new function yesterday.
