I have updated the wiki software on
http://wiki.graal.us/ to the most recent version, please let me know if there are any issues. Also try using the 'light' theme in UserSettings and see if you prefer it; I might change the default theme sometime.
Edit: Applied the light theme anyway, use the UserSettings page to set it back to 'default' if you don't like it.
