maybe have a system like the PRs have to mute the instruments, but if some one is being annoying with one then a certain amount of players would want to vote to temp mute that player for 5 mins. Might work? I know when some one is annoying me I just mute them, but once i un-mute and log off or go some where else they just start doing it again behind my back
