Average is a good word for it. There's signs of potential in his leveling, but he incorporates that style that's so popular these days, what with the paths making amorphous shapes and the grass being dotted randomly. I think if the organization was better, and the paths formed better shapes, there would be some major improvement in the quality.
And for the love of god, cut down on the detail. You're around houses, there shouldn't be clutter of vegetation in every corner.
